The view of the lake from my room was breathtaking. I enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, they provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and relaxing.

The view, the view and the view. We've stayed on the second floor and the lake view is fantastic! The room is very comfortable with almost complete kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helped us with car rental and places to go. Excellent restaurant just across the road.

There isn't enough space for the shower. The bathroom is large, but the shower box not. Room service could be better. Breakfast it's good, but for this kind of hotel could be better.

Lovely base for weekend in San Carlos de Bariloche. Close to the airport, 12 miles;)))

For a good dining option, I suggest checking out Stag, which is just a short 800 feet walk from here. Additionally, popular tourist attractions like Piedras Blancas are located right next to this place. 🍽️

Beautiful room with wonderful views of the lake. It is a lovely place to stay, with great breakfasts. I hope one day to return. Lirolay suites are a little way out of town, but the regular bus service is very good. The staff on reception were very helpful with informatiion about the area and tours available.

We checked out of our room and were waiting for the bus in reception when the receptionist came and asked us to remove the bath robes and slippers from our suitcases. We never had bath robes or slippers all the time we were there -3 nights. I offered to unlock our cases for him to see, but he declined to look in them. It was rather strange and he clearly thought we had them. We did not!

Breathtaking lake and mountain views. Spacious and rustic ski-chalet suites. Huge bathroom with spa-bath and rain shower. Helpful and welcoming staff. Well-equipped kitchenette and room-service menu. Comfortable bedding and ample seating options. Organized tours and excursions available. Stunningly beautiful location.

Nothing to fault.

Wow! The mountain and lake scenery were the best in Patagonia with Lake Nahuel Huapi as a back drop! You add the Lirolay Suites with excellent staff and I believe you have a perfect vacation... The staff assisted each and every morning with helpful hints such as on areas for fishing. Not many fisherman would tell you where their favorite fishing spots are located. Juan did and we found it to be an excellent adventure not to mention the beauty! Breakfasts were continental style but homemade each and every day with special fruit smoothies, fresh bread, pastries, squeezed orange juice and local jams each morning. Yummy!

The only thing we were sorry for was not being able to start a fire in the fire place due to potential fire danger. It was understandable but the only negative thing we could say was we did not have longer to stay...

This hotel is in a beautiful quiet setting with an unbelievable view of the lake and mountains.. The 1 bedroom suite we had was furnished comfortably, the bathroom was large with 2 sinks and a jacuzzi tub and the kitchen was adequate. We had a nice patio with a table and 2 chairs plus 2 chairs for lounging. The breakfast was fairly typical for Argentina and plentiful. The staff was very polite and friendly. This hotel is a good value for the money and a gorgeous location.

The view from our room was incredible, with stunning scenery all around. We were located near some great restaurants, which made for an enjoyable evening out. We were very pleased with the comfortable beds, which gave us a great night's sleep.

There were quite a lot of stairs to climb to reach our room, which made the experience difficult for people with mobility issues. The Wi-Fi was very slow, which made it difficult to stay connected and browse the internet.

After noting to them that we were on honeymoon, Lirolay very kindly provided us a free upgrade to their best suite. This was above and beyond and we really appreciated it. The views were speactacular from our suite. It was just fabulous.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location just outside the main city center was perfect for us, as it provided a peaceful and quiet environment. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Matias who went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or requests we had. We were able to easily rent a car through the hotel and explore the beautiful countryside. The views of the lake and the Andes from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, with delicious pastries, fresh fruit, and made-to-order eggs. this venue provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

The breakfast was very good, But the quality of food ordered from the room service was poor., The hotel does not seem well-equipped to cook good quality food. But this is a small problem in an otherwise excellent hotel.

We stayed in a suite which had a magnificent view over the lake to the mountain range beyond. The spacious and beautifully equipped and furnished accommodation was certainly up to and above our expectations. The Jacussi bath on the outside terrace was an added bonus. The breakfast was well presented and wholesome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly re-visit if we ever have the opportunity. The reception staff were always very helpful to us and we were very grateful for this, as total foreigners in a strange but wonderful country.
